Privacy Policy

Who we are

Our website address is: https://techmanagement.life.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

We receive the information on the contact forms, including your name and e-mail address, via e-mail. We don’t keep any of this information and will only use it to get back to you on your inquiry.

Surveys

Our surveys are conducted using the third party service provider Typeform. Your answers to our survey, including your e-mail address, are stored on Typeform. We will use this information to optimize our site and services or to get in touch with you for follow up questions or offer value-added services.

Based on the preferences you share with us, we may include the email addresses provided through our surveys in our mailing lists.

Read about Typeform’s terms, conditions, and policies here: https://admin.typeform.com/to/dwk6gt

Mailing lists

Subscribing to our mailing lists only requires your e-mail address, but you may optionally input other personal information such as your name. We use Mailchimp for our mailing lists and all information is stored with them. We don’t keep any of this information ourselves.

Read about Mailchimp’s privacy policy here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/

Online store

When you make a purchase or download on our online store, we receive information on your e-mail address and other details that you may provide in the checkout form. However, we do NOT store any credit card information or other payment details you provide. These are processed through 3rd party processors, such as Paypal and PayMongo. We process the data instantly and don’t store any of it on our servers.

Read PayMongo’s privacy policy here: https://paymongo.com/privacy

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

All our employees and data processors, who have access to, and are associated with the processing of personal data, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of our visitors’ personal data. We ensure that your personal data will not be disclosed to State institutions and authorities except if required by law or other regulation.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
